The deal
You pay once. You get the training system you bought, the video library, the AI tools, and every future update to that system, for as long as TechMMA operates. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Training carries risk
Strength training and combat sports can injure you. You take that risk on yourself. Get cleared by a doctor before you start, especially if you have an existing injury, a heart condition, high blood pressure, any history of concussion, or you are pregnant.
Stop immediately if something hurts in a way that is sharp, sudden, or not ordinary training discomfort, and get it looked at. Nothing in this programme is worth an injury that keeps you off the mats.
The neck chapter in particular is one to approach slowly. If you have ever had a neck injury or a concussion, get cleared before you start it.
Not medical advice
Everything here is coaching information and general fitness guidance. It is not medical advice, not physiotherapy, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a qualified professional. That applies to the written chapters, the videos, the nutrition guidance, the physique analysis, and anything the AI coach says.
We do not give weight cutting protocols that involve dehydration or rapid water manipulation, and you should not take any from anywhere else either. If you are cutting for a fight, work with a registered dietitian and follow your commission's rules.
About the AI tools
The coach, the planner, the nutrition guide, the check-in, the eBook generator and the physique analysis are produced by an AI model. Three things follow from that:
- It can be wrong. Apply your own judgement, and your coach's. If something it says contradicts the person actually watching you train, believe the person.
- The physique analysis is an estimate from a photo. It is not a body composition measurement and it is not a health assessment.
- Output is yours to use. What it writes for you, you can keep and use. Do not resell it as a product of your own.
We may limit how often these tools can be used, to keep them available and affordable for everyone.
Refunds
If the product is not what you expected, email support@techmma.com within [14 DAYS] of buying and we will refund you in full.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have a 14 day right to cancel a distance purchase. Because this is digital content with immediate access, that right ends once you start using it, and by buying and opening the members area you agree to that and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel. The goodwill refund above still applies regardless.
What you can and cannot do
You can use everything you bought, for yourself, forever. You can print it, save it, and train your own clients using what you have learned.
You cannot:
- Share your account, your login code, or the files with anyone else
- Resell, republish, or redistribute the chapters, the videos, or the generated material
- Upload a photo of anyone other than yourself, or any photo containing nudity
- Use the AI tools to produce anything unlawful, or try to make them produce it
- Scrape, bulk download, or automate access to any part of the site
If you do any of these we may close your account without a refund.
Your account
Your account is your email address. Keep access to that email, because it is how you sign back in. If you lose it, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.
Progress you log in the members area is stored in your own browser, not on our server. That means it is private to you, and it also means we cannot restore it if you clear your browser data or switch device. Keep your own record of anything you would hate to lose.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will never be down. If TechMMA ever stops operating, we will give reasonable notice so you can download what you bought.
Liability
We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for, and we do not try to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to TechMMA is limited to what you paid us.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email everyone with an account. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law of the country you live in.
