Privacy policy
Last updated [DATE]This explains what TechMMA collects, what it does not, and what happens to anything you send us. It is written in plain English on purpose.
Who we are

What we collect
When you buy
- Your email address. This is your account. We need it to give you access and to let you sign back in.
- A record that you bought, and what. So the members area knows what to show you.
We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or security code. Those go straight to Stripe and never touch our server.
When you use the AI tools
- What you type in. Your training schedule, your measurements, your questions to the coach, your check-in notes. These are sent for processing and returned to you as the answer.
- Nothing else. We do not build a profile, we do not sell anything, and we do not use what you write to train any AI model.
When you just visit
No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No analytics that follow you anywhere. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Your physique photos
Photos are never stored. When you upload a photo for physique analysis, it is sent for analysis and discarded immediately afterwards. It is never written to a disk, never added to a database, and never kept in a backup. We cannot show it to you again because we no longer have it.
The written analysis that comes back is saved in your own browser on your own device, not on our server. If you clear your browser data, that analysis is gone and we cannot recover it.
Do not upload photos of anyone other than yourself. Do not upload nudity. Both are against the terms and the tool will reject them.
What stays on your device
The members area keeps this in your browser's own storage, on your device only. It never reaches our server:
- Which chapters you have read and where you stopped
- Lifts, measurements and milestones you log in the progress tracker
- The results the AI tools gave you, so they are still there when you come back
This means it works offline and it is genuinely yours. It also means it does not follow you to another device, and clearing your browser data erases it.
Who else sees it
Three companies, each doing one job:
- Stripe handles payments. They receive your email and your card details. We receive confirmation that you paid. See Stripe's own privacy policy for what they do with it.
- Anthropic processes the AI tools. What you type into the coach, the planner, the nutrition guide, the check-in and the eBook generator, and any photo you submit for analysis, is sent to them to produce the answer.
- Our hosting provider serves the site and runs the server.
Nobody else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no fourth party.
How long we keep it
- Your email and purchase record: for as long as you have an account, because that is what your access is based on.
- Sign-in codes: ten minutes, then deleted.
- Physique photos: not kept at all.
- Anything on your device: until you clear it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. Email support@techmma.com and we will deal with it within [30 DAYS, OR YOUR JURISDICTION'S LIMIT].
Deleting your account removes your email and your purchase record, which also ends your access. We cannot undo that.
If you are in the UK or the EU, our basis for holding your email and purchase record is performing the contract you entered when you bought. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This is not for under 16s. We do not knowingly take data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email everyone with an account. The date at the top always shows the current version.
